The three altitudes of leadership

Around 70 percent of senior executives display a phenomenon called “altitude sickness”, becoming disproportionally trapped at one of the three altitudes:
  • 50,000 feet: Forward-vision thinking
  • 50 feet: tactical execution
  • 5 feet: Self-awareness
